We recently hit 95% occupancy at Springs at Egan Drive in Savage, MN. Because we are confident that we can hold that occupancy for the foreseeable future, we are happy to announce that Springs at Egan Drive is stabilized.
This is a tremendous accomplishment, and another shining example of the importance of acting as One Team. Individuals from every department have played vital roles in getting us to this point. Development found a great site and got it entitled. Legal and Finance brought us to closing. Construction wore out a path between Menomonee Falls and Savage to keep project moving along. Human Resources hired wonderful team members, both from inside and outside our organization. IT got technical systems up and running smoothly. Accounting trained the team on best practices and continues to keep the bills paid. Marketing created visibility and drove potential new residents to the website. Property Management did what they do so well, executing daily on our promise of excellent customer service.
A lot of hard work and effort by a lot of team members has gone into Springs at Egan Drive. Well done and congratulations, Team Continental!
