Meet Melissa, our Multifamily Training Specialist. Starting with us over three years ago, hear Melissa talk about her favorite aspects of training our amazing onsite leasing teams. She enjoys many things about working at Continental, but one of Melissa's favorite things is training and making those personal connections with our teams and creating fun, new ways to train them efficiently.
What does she do when she is not at work? Plays with her puppy, Riley, of course! From dog parks, to car rides, to napping, they do it all!
