Steven D. Wagner
Senior Vice President of Retail Group

In 1979, Steve, along with Jim Schloemer and Rich Bell, founded Continental Properties. Steve began his retail development role with Continental in 1991 and has since been involved with the development of 4,000,000 square feet of shopping center space.

Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Masters of Science in Real Estate Feasibility from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Russell L. Posorske
Senior Vice President of Retail Group

Prior to joining Continental Properties, Russell was most recently the Senior Development Officer for the Western United States for DeBartolo Development and was responsible for overseeing the sourcing, underwriting, financing and completion of developments in that region. He was a founding partner of Fortis Advisors, a developer of shopping centers and mixed use developments, where he served as a preferred developer for Eckerd Drugs.

Russell is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has served on the Board of Directors of the University’s Arizona Alumni Association, the Board of Directors of Sales and Marketing Executives International and is a life member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee.

Christopher J. Moore
Vice President of Retail Group

Chris joined Continental Properties in 2006 and is based at the corporate headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Prior to joining Continental Properties, Chris was Vice President of Real Estate and Development for Dick’s Sporting Goods. He had previously spent six years with Kohl’s Department Stores as Director of Real Estate-Western Region and six years in a similar role with Circuit City Stores.

Chris graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Bill Zanoni
Vice President of Retail Group

Prior to joining Continental, Bill was responsible for site selection, leasing, marketing, and negotiation of leases and purchase agreements for Trinity Development Inc. in Knoxville, Tennessee. Most recently, Bill completed a 550,000 square foot power center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Before Trinity Development, Bill worked in the real estate department of Target in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Bill graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. While at the University of Tennessee, Bill was inducted into Chi Epsilon, a national civil engineering honor society.

Lorrence T. Kellar
Director of National Tenant Relations

Prior to joining Continental Properties in 2002, Larry had a 31-year career with The Kroger Company where he served in various financial and real estate capacities including Group Vice President for Real Estate and Finance. Subsequently, Larry served as Vice President of Real Estate with Kmart Corporation from 1996 to 2002.

Larry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Science from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School. In addition to his numerous civic commitments, Larry is a Trustee on the Acadia Realty Trust Board and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Frisch's Restaurants, Multi-Color Corporation and the SPAR Group.

Michael J. Kumelski
Vice President of Retail Group Sales/Leasing Specialist

Prior to joining Continental in 2006, Mike was a Senior Associate at Staubach Retail. In this capacity he was responsible for identification of land opportunities and site selection, negotiation of offers from LOI to close of escrow, and the leasing of retail shop space. Prior to that, he held similar positions with CB Richard Ellis and the Trammell Crow Company, where he earned recognition as the company’s Top Retail Producer.

Mike graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has worked the Arizona and western markets ever since.

Thomas Vaughn
Retail Property Sales/Leasing Associate

Tom started his career in the real estate industry in 1993. In 1998, Tom joined Continental Properties as a Leasing Agent for Continental’s residential properties and was promoted to Multi-Site Property Manager in 2003. During this time, Tom achieved the dual designation of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®). He was named the ARM® of the Year in 2001 by the Institute of Real Estate Management Chapter #13.

In 2006, Tom assumed retail management and leasing duties for Continental Properties as Commercial Property Manager and shortly after was promoted to his current position as Retail Property Sales/Leasing Associate. In this capacity, Tom’s responsibilities include leasing small shop retail space and property sales. Tom is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Tim Marco
Retail Property Sales/Leasing Associate

Prior to joining Continental Properties, Tim was a leasing specialist for Sara Investment Real Estate, a developer based in Madison, Wisconsin. His responsibilities included marketing, leasing and managing retail properties throughout Wisconsin. Tim is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.

Tim attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Comprehensive Finance.
