CPCI Innovation Wins Merit Award from Multifamily Executive Magazine

Continental Properties was recently honored by Multifamily Executive Magazine with a merit award in the “Best Use of Technology” category for our leasing innovation, the Springs Experience 24-Hour Leasing Center. Mark Gorman, Vice President of Multifamily Development and Operations, accepted the award on behalf of Continental Properties and its Springs communities at the 2007 Multifamily Executive Conference Awards Gala which was held in Las Vegas on October 3. Also in attendance at the event were company representatives key to the award submission and kiosk creation, Springs Property Manger, Barrie Ann Props, and Continental Properties’ Marketing Coordinator, Michelle Luciano.

The Springs Experience 24-Hour Leasing Center is a unique interactive leasing kiosk (similar in design to an ATM machine) located at several of the Springs Apartment communities. It offers after-hours visitors to the Springs several options to gain more insight about the Springs community including; video tours, resident testimonials, and available floor plan options. The leasing center also offers the viewer the ability to leave their contact information, which is sent to a Springs leasing specialist via email. The prospect is then contacted as soon as the leasing office opens and offered more personal assistance. The Springs Kiosks are currently in operation at five Springs communities in three states including Alabama, Georgia, and Texas.
