Continental was chosen as one of the small-size companies selected by The Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee as a "Top Milwaukee Workplace". Continental, along with all of the winning companies was honored on Friday, August 15th during a luncheon at the Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee.
Continental and other winning companies are also featured in a special section in the August 15th edition of the Journal.
To be selected as a finalist for the award, the Journal conducted employee surveys to measure 10 areas of employee engagement: Team Effectiveness, Retention Risk, Alignment and Goals, Trust with Coworkers, Individual Contribution, Manager Effectiveness, Trust in Senior Leaders, Feeling Values, Satisfaction with Current Role, and People Practices. Continental was scored according to the survey answers provided by you, its employees.
This is the second time Continental has received a top workplace award in 2008.
