Continental Properties' newest Springs apartment community, the Springs at Mountain View, has begun pre-leasing apartment homes. Leasing consultants and a temporary leasing trailer have been established on the construction site. The clubhouse will be open by mid-June and the first apartments are scheduled for occupancy in July.
