Construction has commenced on Continental's newest Springs community, Springs at Asheville. Leasing consultants and a temporary leasing trailer are tentatively set to arrive on the site in November 2008 to begin pre-leasing. The clubhouse is scheduled to open and the first apartment homes are scheduled for occupancy in mid-January.
The Springs at Asheville provides breath-taking views with an optimum location less than 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. The site is about 3½ miles northwest of US Hwy 19/23 (Patton Avenue) on New Leicester Highway (SR 63). Like all other Springs communities, the Springs at Mountain View offers a wide variety of studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plan options and include amenities such as attached garages, private ground-level entry, resort-style pool, and flexible leasing options.
The Springs at Asheville will be Continental's twelfth Springs apartment community and its first community in North Carolina.
