Construction has commenced on Continental's newest Springs community, Springs at Madison. Leasing consultants and a temporary leasing trailer are tentatively set to arrive on the site in March 2009 to begin pre-leasing. The clubhouse is scheduled to open and the first apartment homes are scheduled for occupancy in May.
The Springs at Madison is located at the intersection of County Line and Palmer Roads, in the desirable City of Madison school district. Like all other Springs communities, the Springs at Mountain View offers a wide variety of studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plan options and include amenities such as attached garages, private ground-level entry, resort-style pool, and flexible leasing options.
The Springs at Madison will be Continental's fourteenth Springs apartment community and its fourth community in Alabama.
