Construction has commenced on Continental's newest Springs community, Springs at Huntsville. Leasing consultants and a temporary leasing trailer are tentatively set to arrive on the site in January 2009 to begin pre-leasing. The clubhouse is scheduled to open and the first apartment homes are scheduled for occupancy in March.
